Commiting.

This is my pledge. To once again start working out. My knee was freaking out from the first 6 days of the shred so I have taken the week off. No more. I will not be lazy. From this point on here is my promise:
I promise to to the Shred at the very least every day. I also want to burn at least 800 calories a week on the elliptical. These are my goals.
I am writing them on here so that I stick to my guns.

Tell me more about the shred. I'm running, but I'm a fair-weather workerouter, so as soon as it's too hot or cold, I won't do it. Afraid of shred because I'm afraid to die. :)

Well I loved it at first. I am very bad at keeping with something. And I thought I would keep this up. But unfortunately, the shred hurts my knee too much.

So I actually started working out with a wii game. the wii active. And I am doing the 30 day plan right now. So far it is keeping me engaged and i am not getting bored. I actually started it over cause of not working out for a week(cause of my knee injury) and the workouts are different than the first time I tried it.

Is that the EA sports one? I have my fitness coach (hate it) and just what came with the fit (got bored with it) but would like to use my wii...

yeah i got bored with the fit one as well. Yes it is the EA one. So far I haven't gotten bored with it. Some of the activities I have seen a lot in my 30 day workout. But they put in lots of other ones to mix it up. You can also pick and choose which activites you want to do and combine them into workouts which you can save.
You can also work out with the fit(haven't tried it yet) and work out with a friend. Im loving it so far!
