I decided that I would start a weight loss challenge for my friends and I. So far there are four of us, well six if you count the boyfriends, who are going to join.(cause we are mean and going to make them.) It starts on Monday, with our first weigh in. It is going to go until the day before my Birthday. We will weigh in each week. We will all contribute ten dollars into the pot. And then the person who loses the most weight, wins the pot!
I am so excited. Hopefully this will motivate me to goto the gym even more. But I hope that the weightlifting I am about to start doens't prohibit weight loss!
