Workouts

I have been going to the gym for a few weeks. Kinda sporadically, but at least twice a week. I would just do the elliptical. I have now decided that I will actually lift weights. Yes I know this is funny. So monday was the first day. I think I did okay, Oscar thinks differently. I think it went well. Today is the second day! I am doing a 3 day split workout. I like to pretend I know what that is. But I don't really. According to Oscar I am working different parts of my body on different days. I am sore, but only in the shoulders, and Oscar says I should be sore in my triceps aslo, but I am not. He says I need more weight then, and I was like did you see me struggling, I highly doubt I can add more.
